In the Fall of 2016, St. Paul-Reformation authorized a feasibility study to determine the congregation's capacity to do a major capital campaign.  The purpose of this is to address long-standing physical and safety issues in the building that can no longer be delayed.

To accomplish this, the authorization included the hiring of Mark Davy & Associates, a Twin-Cities-based consulting firm who specialize in capital campaign financing for religious communities.  The work of their feasibility study was carried out in November-December of 2016.

As a result of that study, Mark Davy & Associates have made recommendations to proceed with a major capital campaign at St. Paul-Reformation.  Three documents may be helpful to you as we move towards a congregational vote on this matter at our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 29.  They are:

a.) Summary of the Feasibility Study, which can be found by clicking here; hard copies will also be available in the narthex starting Sunday, January 8.

b.) The Detailed Feasibility Study, with comments, notes, etc., which can be found by clicking here. If you would like a hard copy of this, please let us know in the office and we will provide you with one.

c.) Additionally, a schedule of when and why the congregation needs to approve steps in this process can be found by clicking here.
